Two heads are better than one.Meet The Meeting Room.

One decision. More than one POV. When people with different experience look at the same problem, they notice different things. The Meeting Room brings that simple idea into AI-assisted decision-making. ChatGPT, Claude, and other chat assistants can be useful, but one chat usually gives you one combined voice from one source, so the answer can sound complete while still missing another point of view.

Why one chat can miss things

You create a team of expert reviewers—AI agents with different professional backgrounds, responsibilities, questions, and assigned models. Each reviewer looks at the same case from a defined angle and returns a structured opinion you can inspect.

Different backgrounds and models may expose different blind spots. More models do not automatically produce a correct answer.

How it works

One case. Distinct questions. Independent first opinions.

The experts first review the case independently. They cannot see the other opinions yet. This helps prevent one confident answer from influencing everyone else.

  1. 01

    Brief the case

Share the decision, context, limits, and available evidence.

  2. 02

    Assign distinct questions

The Coordinator frames the central question and gives each expert a distinct part of the case.

  3. 03

    Review independently

Experts form their first opinions without seeing the others.

  4. 04

    Choose a review mode

Standard Review goes to the Reviewer. Deep Review adds exactly one response to an anonymized summary.

  5. 05

    Reviewer compares the views

The Reviewer preserves agreement and disagreement, checks claims, and sets conditions for the next step.

  6. 06

    Make the decision

The person or team reviews the record and makes the final call.

System role

Reviewer

Compares completed assessments, preserves agreement and disagreement, removes unsupported claims, and sets conditions for the next step.

Review mode

Standard Review

Experts complete their independent assessments. The Reviewer compares them and prepares the final review.

Review mode

Deep Review

Experts receive an anonymized summary of the other positions and complete exactly one controlled response round. They may challenge an assumption, correct their view, or explain why they still disagree.
