Security and technical details
With database storage, API keys are encrypted server-side with AES-256-GCM and never returned to the browser. The browser receives connection status and model metadata only. Custom endpoints use the saved base URL. Without PostgreSQL and ENCRYPTION_KEY, keys are used for a one-time test and are not retained.
